Policy Statement: Tee’s House Inc. is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment for all employees, volunteers, program participants, and members of the community. Discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited. Tee’s House does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), sex, gender, gender identity or expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws and regulations, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, provision of services, and participation in programs. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, board, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and program participants.

Scope: This policy applies to all Tee’s House operations, including:

• Employment and personnel practices

• Board governance

• Volunteer engagement

• Program participation and service delivery

• Community partnerships and collaborations

Accountability and Enforcement: Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment in violation of this policy is encouraged to report it promptly to the Executive Director or designated representative. All complaints will be investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially. Violations of this policy by employees, volunteers, or affiliates may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination or removal.

Board Certification: This Non-Discrimination Policy was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of Tee’s House Inc. on May 13, 2025.
