Tee's House Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through hands-on educational experiences that integrate agriculture, arts, and STEAM learning.
We believe that every child deserves access to enriching experiences that nurture their creativity, curiosity, and confidence. Our programs are designed to connect young people with the natural world, with each other, and with their own potential.
Based in Pensacola, Florida, we serve youth across Northwest Florida through school partnerships, community programs, and seasonal enrichment initiatives.

Tierra Smith, M.S.
Founder and Executive Director
Tierra Smith, M.S., known in the community as Big Tee, is the Founder and Executive Director of Tees House Inc. With 12+ years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity, she has built a career rooted in digital strategy, risk management, and systems thinking across public and private sectors.
But her work does not stop behind the screen. Through Tees House, Tierra leads programs that address food insecurity, behavioral health, youth development, and holistic recovery. She centers mind, body, and spirit, providing wraparound support to those often left behind.
Tierra lives by the rhythm of balance: tech brain, service heart, and wellness soul. Still tech-rooted. Always spirit-led.
